How Do I Connect via Emulation?
Currently supporting the following emulators: BSNES-Plus, SNES9X, MESEN, RetroArch (on Snes9x core).
Download the BS-X ROM.
Unzip the folder and place the ROM in a location where you have full access (such as a Documents folder or on the Desktop).
Download and launch the Satellaview+ Client based on your Operating System:
- Windows x64
- Mac OS (Sequoia or higher recommended)
- Linux x64
Once launched, you will need to set up your configuration file.
You can do so by clicking the icon in
the bottom-left corner of the app. Select your emulator of
choice and then navigate to the folder where the executable file is stored;
Satellaview+ will handle the rest.
The data will begin downloading immediately
(it does currently take between 2-3 minutes to begin the download during startup).
Please note that you need to leave the client open to
receive all updates for the broadcast day.

How Do I Connect on a Super Famicom?
At this time there is no support for connecting
the Satellaview+ service to hardware. This is
due to the current state of Satellaview software
preservation. In the future, this section will be
updated if such a time arrives that we make this available.
